VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

There is no minimum time commitment to volunteer with Faith in Action. We offer flexible, rewarding ways to help seniors in our community stay active, independent, and in their own homes.

I don’t think she would have an excuse to dance if she didn’t have a four year old come up to her and say, “Ms. Lenora, would you dance with me?”

I feel like while you have the chance to give, give, because there’s going to come a time when you can’t give.  I’ll just give as much as can while I can until the day comes when I can’t give, and I hope someone will pick me up and take me where I need to go.

I wanted it to be something that it would be easy to volunteer so that if I wanted to help in my sons’ school I would still be able to do that.

I volunteer because I truly believe that we are all called to have a servant heart.  We have to give back, and so I’m happy to do what I can to help the people that need Faith in Action.
