Volunteer Spotlight: Bruce Decker

Bruce has been a volunteer with Faith in Action since 2008.  His mother was one of the founding nurses of FIA and recognized many of the seniors served had small maintenance projects they were unable to complete themselves and would be costly to have professionally done.  For the last 9 years, Bruce has helped countless seniors with a multitude of projects.  Bruce is part of a small pool of volunteers who provide light home maintenance. He has fixed ceiling tiles, moved tables, replaced toilet seats, inserted storm windows, raked leaves and so much more.   In his personal life Bruce is very active in his church, Our Savior Lutheran, and is kept busy with his active 12-year-old twin boys; he has watched Faith in Action grow over the years and continues to give his time and heart to our seniors in need.  Thank you Bruce for all you do!
