Volunteer Spotlight – Ravi Singhal

Ravi Singhal has been a Faith and Action Volunteer since 2012. He is always ready and willing to help in any way he can from driving to medical appointments to working booths at community events and helping to fold our mailings. Ravi moved to the US in the 1980s to pursue an accounting degree and lived in Ohio and Indiana before settling in Bloomington. He worked for Caterpillar and AFNI before retiring. He volunteers with FIA because of the satisfaction he gets from helping someone in need. He is an avid Mets fan and loves to play tennis and softball. Ravi’s mission statement for his life is: “In every interaction, touch lives positively through compassion, kindness, and integrity.” We are so grateful to Ravi and his willingness to serve for the last 11 years!
